These talks were given on Rinpoche's facebook page between April and May of 2017.

There were two talks given each week, over five weeks, for a total of ten talks. The Tuesday talk
was a teaching, and the following Thursday talk was a question and answer session. The students participating
were encouraged to do the given practices every night.
